FINAL RESULTS IN

THE final event in the Quantock Orienteers 5-event night series was held at Cothelstone Hill last Saturday.

The three best handicap scores for each competitor in the series were compared and the final results were as follows: 1. Richard Sansbury. Mens 40 yr Class (1428 pts) 2. Jim Mallinson. Mens 60yr Class (1295 pts) 3. Brian Pearson. Mens 50yr Class (1266 pts) 4. Graham Hartley. Mens 45yr Class (1020 pts) 5. Jeff Pakes. Mens 35yr Class (828 pts)

The winner, Richard Sansbury was presented with the Owl Trophy by the Series planner Will Kromhaut and the Club President, Mike Crockett gave a Night Headlight as an appreciation from the leading competitors for Will's contribution to this new initiative in the QO calendar.
